If you are unsatisfied with your goods ordered from www.nympha.co.uk, you can return your order for a refund or an 

exchange provided the returns are shipped back to our address within 30 working days from the day after the goods
were delivered to you.

For any returns, you should email info@nympha.co.uk. You will receive full instructions and the address where your return should be posted.
 

Where refunds are agreed, the refunded payment will take up to 10 working days to show on your bank account.

The items must be returned to us in the original condition in which they were received. They should be unworn,
unwashed, unused and returned in the original packaging they were sent in.

 

Returns that are damaged or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to
the customer without refund or exchange provided the customer will cover the shipping fees.

We do not cover return shipping costs and we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage of any item(s)
incurred during the shipping of the return.
